Honeywell warrants (the “Limited Warranty”) to the original end customer that its footwear (the “Footwear”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original end customer. The Limited Warranty constitutes the only warranty provided by Honeywell with respect to the Footwear and may only be modified or amended by Honeywell in a signed writing. In the event of a defect, Honeywell will, at our sole option and as your sole and exclusive remedy, repair or replace the defective Footwear without charge, or refund the price you have paid. Footwear that has been repaired or replaced is warranted only for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the warranty period.

The Limited Warranty does not cover any damage arising from normal wear and tear, failure to adequately maintain and store the Footwear, alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed by Honeywell, Footwear used other than in the manner intended, improper or inadequate fit, use of a safety boot after such boot has sustained damage rendering it unsafe for use in the environment for which it was designed, or damage caused by chemical or foreign substances. Honeywell does not warrant any of its Footwear provides protection from snake bites or bites from other wildlife and is not liable for personal injury resulting from such bites; however, certain products, if so referenced, may have passed tests for resistance to standard reasonably expected snake bites. The Limited Warranty does not apply if Honeywell determines that the Footwear has been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, act of God, fire or other hazard, or improper shipping or handling, or has been tampered with by any party.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF (1) ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND (2) ANY OTHER LIABILITY OR OBLIGATION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY OR OBLIGATION FOR DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY (WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE DELIVERY, USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE FOOTWEAR. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, IN NO EVENT WILL HONEYWELL’S AGGREGATE LIABILTY EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE FOOTWEAR IN QUESTION. NO EXTENSION OF THIS WARRANTY WILL BE BINDING UPON HONEYWELL UNLESS SET FORTH IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY A HONEYWELL AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.
