Xtratuf.com offers FREE Shipping and FREE Returns for all orders within the continental US. Worry-Free Holiday Returns: Orders placed now through the end of the year are available for return through January 30th, 2019. View the chart below to learn more about our expedited shipping options. We are unable to fulfill orders outside the US at this time. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive two e-mails:

  • Order Confirmation Email: The first e-mail will be sent immediately to the e-mail address you provided during checkout, to confirm the order. This e-mail will contain your order number. You will need this number to track your order online or to make a return or exchange at a later date.
  • Shipment Notification Email: The second e-mail will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center. This e-mail will contain the UPS tracking number for your purchase.

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Your credit card will be billed once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center. Your credit card statement may say HSP Footwear XTRATUF® Boots as Honeywell Safety Products (HSP) is the parent company of XTRATUF®.

The Name and Billing address you provide must match the Name and Billing address on record with your credit card company. Your credit card will be billed once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center. We do not accept foreign credit cards or cards issued outside the United States.
