Thank you for choosing XTRATUF, The Original Fishing Boot! We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days—NO questions asked, NO shipping cost, and NO restocking fees. This is our promise to you. Please be sure the product is in new condition with the original packing material, tags and labels in place.

To submit a return, please go to our Returns Portal to submit your request. You will need your email address used to place the order and your order number in order to complete your return. Once submitted, please print the return label provided and affix it to your package. Please be sure to remove or cover any original labels so your package arrives to our facility accurately.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your item(s). Your return will be credited within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving it. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for it to appear on your monthly printed statement.

Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive two e-mails:

  • Order Confirmation Email: The first e-mail will be sent immediately to the e-mail address you provided during checkout, to confirm the order. This e-mail will contain your order number. You will need this number to track your order online or to make a return or exchange at a later date.
  • Shipment Notification Email: The second e-mail will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center. This e-mail will contain the UPS tracking number for your purchase.

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Your credit card will be billed once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center.

The Name and Billing address you provide must match the Name and Billing address on record with your credit card company. Your credit card will be billed once the order has been processed and shipped from our distribution center. We do not accept foreign credit cards or cards issued outside the United States. All credit cards must have a billing address within the US.
