Salmon Sisters 6-inc Deck Boot from XTRATUF by Jessica Koehler on April 18, 2020
SALMON SISTERS 6-INCH DECK BOOTS NAIL A WOMEN'S FIT WITH EXCELLENT WET GRIP
Whether you’re out for a day of fishing the bay or tackling wet projects around your home such as pressure washing, having shoes with a secure grip is critical. Some people might not mind dealing with wet feet, but I prefer to keep mine dry whenever I can. I’ve been wearing the Salmon Sisters 6-inch deck boot from XtraTuff for a few months now to see how they do in a variety of wet conditions.

Women’s specific fit
You’ll need a higher cut if you’re mucking about on a mud flat
Whole sizes only – order up if you’re between sizes
I love having a completely waterproof deck boot for out fishing excursions and wet projects around the house. Make sure you order a half size up if you’re between sizes and you’ll be in great shape for a slip-free, dry feet experience.
While I really like wearing these boots, they’re not for every situation. There are times when you’re still going to want a full-length boot for being in mud or water that comes up more than a few inches. But when the day calls for chasing tuna offshore or stalking redfish on the flats, the Salmon Sisters 6-inch deck boot from XtraTuf is a big win!
